Cancellations and Refunds

No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality and take away opportunities for other clients to schedule appointments or get the support that need.  For these reasons, Resource4Resumes has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed: 

  1. Your registration is complete when your full payment is received and your appointment has been successfully scheduled.  Online confirmation emails will be sent to you for both payment and scheduling your consultation.  You will need to use your payment confirmation information to schedule your consultation.
  2. Cancellation request must be made in writing to resource4resumes@gmail.com with the "CANCEL" in the subject line of the email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.  Under no circumstances will refunds be provided to late cancellations or no-shows from clients who do not answer their consultation call from Resource4Resumes.
  3. Late cancellations will have the opportunity to reschedule within 3 business days of their original appointment date.  "No-shows" will not be rescheduled.
  4. Refunds may be made under certain circumstances to clients who have scheduled services and cancel in writing at least 3 full business days before their scheduled appointment date. For example: a Wednesday appointment will need to be cancelled no later than Friday of the week prior.
  5. The initial consultation, whenever offered or required, is considered a part of the service package.  No refunds will be provided after any portion of a service package has been rendered.
